TICKET INFORMATION |
Tickets Adults: $16.00 Seniors: $14.00 AAA Members: $14.00 Children: (under 12) $8.00 or free per child sitting on a lap. (Please add 6% WV sales tax) PLEASE NOTE: DISCOUNTS MAY NOT BE COMBINED! Purchasing Tickets Ticket orders are taken 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 304-256-6800 or toll free at 1-800-666-9142. Between June 10th and August 24th, ticket orders will be taken by phone during the following hours: Mondays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays 9:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. Sundays 1:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. Picking Up Your Tickets All seating is reserved. Tickets may be picked up the day of the show at the box office at Grandview during the times listed. Tuesdays through Fridays 5:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. Sundays 1:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. We hold tickets at the box office until 7:45 p.m. the night of the show then release them for resale. We ask that you claim your tickets by that time. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and money orders. Mail orders should include a check, money order, or credit card information with the desired performance date and the number of tickets needed. (Please do not send credit card information when faxing or ordering by Internet.) We cannot accept email reservations after 5 P.M. on Fridays until 9 A.M. on Mondays. Reservations and prepayment are required for performances of the Broadway Musical Cinderella and Disney's High School Musical. Please make your checks payable to: Theatre West Virginia P.O. Box 1205 Beckley, WV 25802. Group Discounts A 20-percent discount is available for groups of 15 members or more, and group reservations must be prepaid one week prior to show. To receive an offered discount, we ask that you make us aware of any special offer you wish to take advantage of while making your reservation. Discounts will not be honored after tickets are paid for, whether by phone, mail or in person. Accessibility The Cliffside Amphitheatre is wheelchair accessible and every effort will be made to accommodate special seating needs. Please make us aware of your seating requirements when you make your reservations. Rain Checks The decision to cancel a show due to inclement weather is not made before 8:15 p.m. Thundershowers pass frequently on midsummer afternoons, but skies usually clear before the house opens at 7:00 p.m. Should a performance be cancelled, rain policy information will be distributed with instructions on obtaining rain checks for future performances. Rain checks have no expiration date. Cancellations Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the show. |
