Marina Hunley- Artistic Director

Marina is a native West Virginian, Boone Countian and long time veteran to TWV’s stage, having played “Rizzo” in our production of GREASE, “Miss Adelaide” in GUYS AND DOLLS, “Ann” in SHENANDOAH, “The Housewife” in WORKING and “Mary Butcher” and “Nancy McCoy” in HATFIELDS AND MCCOYS, “Aunt Polly” in STONEWALL, OLD BLUE LIGHT and “Marguerite” and “Diana Talbott” in HONEY IN THE ROCK. Having been employed by TWV for eighteen seasons, she has had the opportunity to serve as an actor, director, music director, marketing, sales and casting director, instructor and typesetter for the company. Marina assumed the duties of the Artistic Director for TWV in January of 1995. A 1990 graduate of Marshall University, she interned with Lorimar Telepictures in Studio City, CA, where she appeared on TV’s FALCON CREST. Other favorite rolls include “Dolly” in HELLO DOLLY, “Martha” in THE CHILDREN’S HOUR, “Tzeitel” in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and “Barbara Kahn” in SOCIAL SECURITY. Marina resides in MacArthur with her son Morgan, two dogs, Bo and Doolittle.
