TICKET PICK-UP

All seating is reserved and assigned. View our seating chart. Tickets may be picked up the day of the show at the Cliffside Amphitheatre Box Office at Grandview:

Tuesday - Friday: 5 PM - 7:45 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 7:45 PM
Sunday: 1 - 7:45 PM

We hold tickets at the box office until 7:45 PM the night of the show. All unclaimed tickets are then released for resale.

ALL SHOWS BEGIN AT 8:15PM. ALL CONCERTS BEGIN AT 8PM.

RAIN CHECKS

A show will not be canceled due to inclement weather before 8:15 PM. Thundershowers pass frequently on midsummer afternoons, but skies usually clear before the house opens at 7 PM. Should a performance be canceled, we will notify you on the P.A.system at the theatre and rain policy information will be distributed with instructions on obtaining rain checks for future performances. Rain checks have no expiration date.

There are no rain checks for concert tickets. 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE *New for 2013*

We understand that should a show be canceled due to inclement weather that your schedule may not permit you to utilize your rain check to return for another performance. For $2.00 per ticket you may receive a refund for each ticket with cancellation insurance IF the show is canceled before intermission. All tickets without cancellation insurance will receive rain checks with no expiration date. 

Cancellation Insurance is not available for concert tickets.

NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS ARE ISSUED FROM THE BOX OFFICE ON THE NIGHT OF THE CANCELLATION. 

Information will be distributed with instructions on obtaining a refund or rain check. 

MEMBERSHIP

Our version of a subscription series. The only difference is that your membership passes can be distributed amongst all four summer productions or just one. How you break up the ticket allotment is completely up to you! Save anywhere from $35 to $2,600 and have your name or organization/business printed in our souvenir program and on display on signage at the theatre. Other perks include VIP seating and voting member privileges.

Purchasing Tickets in Accessible Seating Areas

Accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs and guests with limited mobility are available in a designated seating area. Tickets in the accessible seating areas can be purchased online through eTix, by calling the Theatre West Virginia ticket office, via email, fax or by mail.  Theatre West Virginia ticket office will reserve companion seats with each wheelchair space. Customers can phone the Theatre West Virginia ticket office at 304-256-6800 or1-800-666-9142 with any questions.

Ticket Exchanges

Theatre West Virginia will exchange tickets, if available, in order to accommodate guests with disabilities. Patrons who have purchased tickets in the conventional seating area who may need access to accessible seating can exchange their tickets by calling the ticket office at 304-256-6800 or 1-800-666-9142 or contact the amphitheatre box office the night of the show.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available at no charge from the Ushers or the amphitheatre box office.
